Sustainability

We focus on developing homes that are efficient to build and comfortable to live in.

OUR APPROACH

Our Approach to Sustainability

At Enno, sustainability means making thoughtful choices at every stage — from project planning and design to construction and long-term energy use.

We believe good homes should have a lower environmental impact while offering comfort and quality for the people who live in them.

How We Build More Sustainably

Prefabrication We work with local factories to build homes using modern prefabricated methods. This approach reduces material
waste, shortens construction time on site, and improves quality control compared to traditional building.

Energy Systems Every home we develop is equipped with an aerothermal (air-to-water heat pump) system. This technology extracts renewable energy from the air to provide heating, cooling, and hot water — using up to 75% clean energy in its operation.

Energy Efficiency We combine the aerothermal system with strong thermal insulation, dry-partition walls, thermal-break windows, and passive design elements such as overhangs. Together, these measures help reduce energy consumption significantly in the Malaga climate.

Materials & Construction We use durable materials such as Calacatta marble panels and natural wood finishes. The factory-based process helps minimise on-site waste and disturbance.

Energy Performance

Homes developed by Enno are designed to have considerably lower running costs. In the Costa del Sol climate, the combination of aerothermal technology and good insulation typically results in 60–70% lower energy bills compared to conventional heating and cooling systems.

We also prepare the infrastructure for future solar additions (electricity, hot water, or pool heating) according to the buyer’s wishes.

Moving Forward

Villa Unique is our first project, and we are committed to applying these principles in all future developments. We continuously look for ways to improve the environmental performance of our homes while maintaining quality and comfort.
