Our Development Process

As a property developer, we manage the entire journey of creating a home — from finding the right location to delivering a finished residence. We work closely with local factories for the prefabricated construction.

1. Project Planning & Location
We identify and evaluate locations in the Malaga area with good access, views, and potential. We consider orientation for natural light and energy performance from the beginning.

2. Design & Customisation
We develop the architectural design according to the site and client requirements. This includes layout, materials (such as Calacatta marble and wood details), and integration of energy systems.

3. Prefabrication
We partner with local factories to manufacture the house components. The homes are built in a controlled environment with pre-installed insulation, fittings, and finishes. This method improves quality and reduces waste and construction time.

4. Energy Systems Integration
We install an aerothermal system as standard for heating, cooling, and hot water. We also prepare infrastructure for future solar solutions if desired.

5. On-Site Assembly & Completion
The prefabricated elements are transported and assembled on site. We oversee the final construction, connections, and finishing to ensure everything meets our standards.

6. Handover
Once completed, we hand over the home to the owner, fully equipped and ready to live in.
